The same thing happened to me last week. I booked a ticket, got the receipt with e-ticket number and the money was debited from my credit card. A couple of days later the transaction just disappeared, although in MMB my flight was still there intact. I checked today and it was back again as a fully processed transaction on my credit card. Probably just some kind of glitch.
