You can't get a mutual account anymore. They ended those years ago, but those who already had them were grandfathered in. There may be an exception if you buy a Hilton timeshare.

In the absence of a mutual account, I doubt she's supposed to put your HHonors number on her credit card app, but I don't know for sure if anyone has tried it.
