Does qantas have soft landings when you fail to retain a status ?
I note that the qantas SP are similar to the new lower levels that airnz have announced but the actual SP for gold and platinum are a lot lower than the airnz gold and elite (in other words easier to achieve on similar routes)
Is there an existing thread on this site that compares the two ? (Qantas gold vs airnz gold?)
As I am moving to Brisbane from nz the benefits of qantas vs airnz with one world flights ex Australia seems more
Has anyone else found this to be the case too?
