You may have some severe legal issues then. NFA means National Firearms Act (1934) and refers to silencers, machineguns, and short-barreled rifles/shotguns. If you purchased it legally, you got a Form 4 (assuming you bought it from a dealer), with a tax stamp on it.
Looks like you don't need the 5320.20 (only for non-silencer NFA weapons), but you will need to carry a copy of the Form 4 with you.
