I regards to dining options at airports, several airports have really added a nice amount of decent restaurants. JFK & LGA come first to mind and I noticed MIA has quite good options as well. MSP has more of a regional airport flair to it in terms of restaurant depth. Dulles is the one I think could use some real improvement and unfortunately its where I fly the most.
I really enjoy eating at the Legal Seafoods at BOS. I also ate at a nice-ish restaurant at ATL once (pre-security) but I can't remember the name.
T5 at LAX has a high concentration of good options as well, imo.
Mostly though, I'm pretty happy to find anything that seems reasonably fresh.
