- no chauffeur service for itineraries exclusively between the two cities.
- the lounges in both airports, while good in the sense that there is a standalone Emirates offering, can definitely be described as average for a first class fare on a major airline
- on neither flight did the crew make any reference to the shower or ask if I would like one. I think I could have taken one if I'd asked but it wasn't pushed.
- the first class bar, ‘The Lounge’, was closed on both legs
- the absence of an amenity bag and pjs did made me a little sad!
I think your demands are quite unrealistic. On a massive plane like the A380 flying HKG-BKK, the cabin crew has about two hours to serve a meal and beverages to all passengers. What airline offers amenity kits and pajamas on a 2.5-hour flight? As far as I know, even on night flights of this distance no airline would provide pajamas, though very few may give basic amenity kits.

Also, from a basic cost perspective, airlines strive to reduce their expenses to maximize their profits. You paid less than $1000 and you are expecting all the amenities and services of long-haul First Class which is typically priced at least 7-8 times the amount you paid.
