I was on a flight and this lady who was sitting in the window seat asked the guy in the aisle if he would switch. He said no, and the lady looked extremely confused and I think rolled her eyes to her husband who was sitting one row back. Why she didn't ask to switch with the guy in the other seat in the row behind, I don't know, but it sort of bothered me that she was upset the guy wanted to keep his seat.

On top of that I wouldn't be surprised if the guy was an air marshal as he looked like he was in the military and boarded first.
