Thanks for the updates, guys. I forgot about the periodic VOG problem. I'm spending most of my time on the Big Island in a house rental in Kopoho (southeast side of island). There's never been VOG in Kopoho, but maybe I should have checked the latest volcanic conditions before booking. The Big Island is the only place in America where a volcano needs to factor into your vacation planning.
