GF is essentially a OWE lounge. Full stop. If you are flying BA F, you are in the CCR. Since no other airlines offering F depart from LHR T5, GF occupants must be (unless they downgrade themselves) OWE/GCH.
No it isn't. It is also a BA Gold lounge for those who travel less than first, ie all BA gold member who flies WT, WTP or CW. There's probably quite a lot of those too.
