Indeed, not surprising that BA do not feel motivated to upgrade the F lounge. Still, I think more solo seating will ease the lack of seating a bit though. Perhaps reduce the number of sofas, remove the foot stools, and replace with solo seating like they have at ANA lounge at NRT. You can squeeze a lot of them without making the lounge feel crowded.

It is, however, better than the old T4 F lounge. I used to walk out frequently due to crowding. It was particularly bad when QF flights were departing.
