You're suggesting the one on Colnbrook Bypass?
That's going to be a short night.
Work on the basis that it'll take at least 45mins from wheels down to being through customs on the way in, and remember that they have a firm cut off time of 35 minutes before take off on the way back to be through the boarding pass check before security. If you're then relying on buses to get you to and from hotels, it's going to really eat into your available time.
I would be tempted to see if you can find a good rate at the Sofitel which is connected to Terminal 5. Do check this but I think you can priceline it as it's the only 5* property at the airport. It will be more expensive - £100 minimum - but you'll get a lot longer in bed!
