I too flew the Wardair B747 a couple of times, YYZ-MIA on the UD, and also remember really good meals (steaks, etc.) and service on all those flghts, even with the relatively short flight times of three hours.

Mrs. bj-21 flew the Wardair B747 YYZ-BFS and also had good flights each time.
