We can't yet look at the Dreamliner but let's look again at the 777HD's PE.
In spite of the removal of PE row 11 there is still no room for any duty free;
Galley space is still limited as to the ability to consistently provide the level of exclusivity expected in PE;
PE seat rows are not physically separate from economy except in the middle;
PE seats are larger and likely more comfortable than Y, probably even better than on the Dreamliner;
It is still not known if all PE passengers are being forced to gate-check hard shell carry-ons that are within size limitations.

Just to put things in perspective, here is the Premium Economy Section of the new 77HD with the seats numbered.
The first row visible in economy is the very popular Row 18, now spoiled with the addition of seats 18C and 18H
Here is the actual separation between Row 18 Economy and Row 14 Premium Economy - This is ONLY the 77HD - the 787 will be entirely different and have a dedicated PE cabin!
