I'm in a similar situation. Have a flight from EZE, gets into Lima at 07:30. Lan Bus.

On a separately ticketed domestic coach Lan flight LIM-PEM departing at 09:40.

What are the chances I can check-in online beforehand for the domestic? Does luggage collection/check-in really take up that much time here?
