Thanks for the answers.

I cannot use EU CLAIM because the flight did not leave from the countries where they operate.

I don't know how to fill the following paragraph, given the fact that I took 2 airplanes (MXP-HKG, HKG-PER).

I am writing regarding flight [insert flight number] on [insert date] from [insert departure airport] to [insert arrival airport] with the scheduled departure time of [insert scheduled departure time]. This flight arrived [insert number of hours] hours late at [insert airport].

Can I ask for double compensation (i.e. one for CX234, another one for CX171)?
Which flights should I put in the brackets in the above paragraph (i.e. only CX234, only CX171, or both - in this case how do I need to modify the paragraph?)
