YVR-YYZ is the only North American route offering PE and I am not surprised if some of the FA's are not familiar with it.
Just got off #007 today and same thing half and half service of some china and styro and the 2nd In-charge basically works this cabin and then heads to the back of the bus to help out after we are served our tray.
Let's see tonight on #156 to Toronto what kind of service it will be in PE. No kits ever given out on that flight, light blue blanket sometimes and sometimes a J pillow or no pillow at all....stay tuned I guess!

...very tight for space as no room for Duty Free Boutique on flight #007/008.

Not sure if this applies only in Y or in PE and J also.
They don't seem to bother us in PE or J on the carry-on luggage but have seen them the other day walking thru the gate seats checking people's carry-on bags for rapidair flight to YYZ.
