In any case why didn't you just use the contact form on their website? I've gotten original routing credit for rebooked flights that way. The responses included my Premier level.
I sent this to global services directly because in the past when I have done exactly as you suggest I get a kind email reminding me that all of my correspondence should be to global services directly...
All I wanted was LH flight credit from GRZ to MUC which has never shown up on UA - even though booked on UA and on 016 stock....
