If you ever had an AA pnr you could look at the history in it. As it was a DL ticket and the rebooking was due to weather, you're probably out of luck as far as compensation goes. These kind of e-ticket issues come up all the time with rebooking on other airlines. I'd personally be glad I got to my destination the same day, even though there were screwups.
