Call DL. They can tell you whether there's upgrade inventory now.

IME the day of the week is highly correlated with TATL upgrade inventory.

However, everything could change on March 1. Maybe all upgrades will in fact be done at the gate. Upgrade inventory could go up or down when SWUs are replaced by GUCs.
