Hmm... AF vs UA... you're trying to decide between the two champions of unfriendly I think customer service is actually far better on UA (not saying much for AF hehe...) and UA treats their 1st class customers really well... as far as the actual in flight experience, I'd also take the UA lie-flat bed seats anyday
