Doesn't work that way. The drop charge applies even to vehicles being repatriated per my conversations with Sixt staff. Valid point though, some vehicles (especially in border regions) might already have a Swiss motorway pass, but it is far from a guarantee.
Can't recommend Sixt enough though for European rentals, the service tends to be excellent, vehicles in good shape, and back-end/post-rental CS also excellent.
