I use the PE product a lot on the YVR-HKG route, however what I don't understand is that I am served my first meal as a "mini J pax" then the snack service is exactly the same as the back of the bus and the second meal is exactly as in Economy. Sometimes during the flight I am served coffee in a mug from J class and sometimes given a Styrofoam cup? I really wish they would dedicate 1 FA for the 24 seats in PE and also tailor the product to be uniform throughout the flight. Don't even talk to me about doing the Red Eye on #156 in PE on the B77P, some of the :kids FA's" don't even know the product and/or think it's just a wider and bigger seat cabin!
