If you are a Air Canada or Star Alliance elite member, your boarding pass already prints your elite status so subsequently any security staff or gate agent looking at your boarding pass will know you should have priority. But how does it work for the Aeroplan card holders?
Someone mentioned AC*CC or something like that shows up. I asked the SFO check-in agent if he'd seen many of the Aeroplan credit card holders trying to get priority check-in or boarding, and he looked
really confused for a minute, and then said "No, I haven't seen many." I'm not sure he had any idea what I was talking about.
