Agree, the Amex aeroplanplus gold is a better option, but you might want to get the TD Aeroplan Infinite because of the first year free offer and the miles are Distinction eligible.
There are not many credit cards offering good travel emergency medical insurance for seniors over 65. Desjardins Odyssey Gold card offers the best emergency medical insurance for people over 65.
