we had a 5 hour layover in Denver anyhow, so the 3 hour delay just turned the layover into 2 hours instead. We still made the trip.

I'm hoping I can find a way to make use of the $140 in credits. Seems pretty measly when 4 of us were delayed 3 hours. I'd like to think that our time is worth more than $12/hour.

The staff offered no snacks or drinks to anyone on the plane during the delay. I was surprised how they treated us.
