I'm sure someone who flew 60k miles would have appreciated a 20% margin credit. That's why the bar is set where it is - you always know where you stand, no surprises. If you happen to get a rare soft landing, fantastic, but it shouldn't be expected. I don't hesitate to find fault with DL where it is merited, but that's not the case here.
