Although I agree not having the real thing is classless. Perhaps the dishwasher was broken that day or feel like doing dishes and the attendant didn't want to fess up.
Yes, "EPS cups" in a CL would be frustrating, but I was more annoyed by the two weeks of plastic cups in the B10 Atlanta Sky Club... Mostly because Marriott CL's are a free perk with my Plat status, but I had to pay $400 to Delta for access to the club and I'd like to drink my beer out of something other than plastic.
