Evening IAH - EWR flight w/ direct tv. First Class IFE broken (only my seat) and could not turn off. No complaint sent, besides asking FA to help fix the IFE. One day after flight, UA emailed credit of 15k miles. No $ or % discount offered. Not expecting comp but guess it made me less upset at God.
