I just picked a random date in March and had choice of 3 non-stops from DTW to AMS and a choice of five non-stops from AMS to MAN, including a 2140 departure. So perhaps there's an issue with OP's dates...if he/she will share we can look?

OP, you are adding a day for the AMS-MAN flight right?
