To the other poster regarding Citi cards...you CAN use Citi cards, but I've seen many reports that no matter what, they get coded as Cash Advances if used through Amazon Payments.
I've used Citi cards for Amazon Payments, and they have not been treated as cash advances. There must be some variables at play here, but I can't tell you what they might be.
