I've stopped using FR.


On LON-DUB trip I use EI. Heathrow is much cheaper for me to get to than STN. The net additional cost of EI over is usually only £10 per trip and the journey experience is much more pleasant.

For other trips in Europe, I will use U2. A loco who may not be quite as cheap as FR, but the service is better and they have fewer insane customer unfriendly policies.


FR will only convince me its changed when i MO'L retires and it changes some of its ancillary revenue policies.
