Standard of food has gone down in J. I don't blame you for asking for the Y menu. I always do. I have had nearly every meal in J & Y and sometimes Y taste better.
Generally the crew is fine, occasionally you get the odd surly one. Get their name and write a letter of complain. If enough people do, something will be done about it.
