Due to the cancellation of my flight LHR-ZRH last week, BA has acknowledged the compensation and is correctly offering EUR 250 per person. No complaints from my side, was handled very professionally. I've now read in the wiki that one can ask for avios instead of cash. What would be a fair amount (for both sides) for the cash - 20k/25k Avios? What would you choose?
