Ryanair Sorry After 'Mutiny' On Delayed Flight

The airline has issued an apology to passengers who were left stuck on board a Ryanair plane for hours without food, water, and/or AC, but at the same time the airline denies that the passengers were held on the flight against their wills, that no refreshments were served, and that the AC was turned off.

The plane was delayed for a total of 11 hours which the airline blamed on poor weather.
