Sadly, its not how big corporations work, its a windfall for lawyers, if company x owes you 3500$ you file in small claims, it cost company x 1000$ alone to send a lawyer out.

Company's bank on the avg person NOT going to court and use this as a license to rip off consumers. i'm not saying we need more laws, we need more suing
