I don't really understand the pricing... looked for a night in November, basic Park King is 1000 USD when the Park Terasse Suite (1000 sqft) is "just" 1500 USD (which is relatively cheap for a such suite). Don't suites in luxury hotels sells 3, 4, 5, 10 times the price of the basic room ?
NB: As a comparison for the same night the St Regis basic room is 1095 USD and the St Regis Suite (about the same side) is 4095 USD
