can you embellish a bit more in terms of a mistake by TA ? do you think it hurts the reviews in some way? I know that I have to be in the mood to write a review, so when I see the automatic switch to trip advisor i just stop filling out the survey. just trying to understand if folks feel that the reviews are being hurt in some way.
