No they are not. Each booking is a booking in its own right and has its own T&Cs
As far as earning for IHG Rewards, then indeed all nights can be treated as a single stay, but that does not impact on the contract entered into as far as the stay goes
Depending on the booking terms , it can be worse value; e.g. if cancellation is 4pm day before arrival, then if deciding to check out early one morning, may be hit for an extra night rather than simply an early departure fee.
