i need to buy a one-way 100% refundable ticket from tokyo to "somewhere" to have with me as proof of onward travel in order to get my tourist visa.

i am unsure of my onward travel plans, so i will have this ticket as proof. then, i want to seamlessly and hopefully easily be able to get ALL my money back.

fyi, i will NOT overstay my visa. i just don't want to be locked into an exit date when i don't know how i will feel about staying in japan.

i am looking for advice from people experienced with having recieved refunds on refundable fare tickets. any recommendations on the best airlines for this?
