The only solution I have thought of is to call H&R Block and report the MasterCard debit card as lost and request a replacement card with a new account number. I am hoping Green Dot's system is not integrated enough to recognize a link of the two MasterCard account numbers.

Good idea.
One thing people need to pay more attention to is the daily, weekly, and monthly load limits is the "lesser" of the limit of the prepaid card or the MP/VR.
