Checked into the Fashion District Hilton last night and they had some bottles of red wine behind the check in desk where they also have the water.

In the past they also handed out a gift bag to both golds and diamonds that had 2 bottled water and a snack mix or other small snack. Gift bags are gone and was just handed the two bottled waters along with a bottle of the wine and was thanked for being a diamond. It was a cabernet and I didn't try it but my friend who was in another room said it was pretty good for free wine.

My friend that was with me was a gold and checked in right after me with the same clerk and was only given his two waters and no wine.

Outside of the Bentley in Miami, I have never received a bottle of wine in the US and the Bentley they leave it in your room with a note from the GM
