I tend to spend my Avios almost as soon as I get enough of them to spend on a RFS, in fact before my last flight I had the princely sum of 1 Avios.

I use all loyalty program rewards the same way, it's like having a small amount of money that isn't paying any interest so I might as well blow them when I get them.
