I am just looking at flights for LON-BKK return in the next couple of weeks and am puzzled to see that returning flight option of EK385 connecting to either EK15 or EK1 isn't showing on any of the options by schedule or price, even though on Expertflyer that combination has wide open availability in all classes.

Of course I'll give them a call to check eventually, but just wondering if anyone else is having the same error as me or if it's just a problem my end?
