Wanted to get your thought on a situation. My return flight next weekend is on Lufthansa but was ticketed on UA. I used my GPU to request the certificate to present to Lufthansa but as of today it still has not arrived. Tomorrow is the last day of mail before I leave so if I don't get it tomorrow there is no way to get upgraded on my Lufthansa flight.

I know I will get back the GPU, but do I have any other recourse, I'm not looking for anything significant but this seems wrong to me that I placed the request in time and snail mail is getting in the way. Seems like in this day and age there should be a way to do this electronically, after all, we don't need paper tickets anymore...
