One doesn't need the physical Gold/Silver card for the Galleries First/Club lounges, so I can't see why this would be different for CCR Cardholders.
It is different, as the CCR doesn't appear as a card in it's own right printed on the BP or automatically pop up on the system. When I have just shown a BP after popping out to slum it in the Flounge for a bit, I have had agents try to look up connecting itineraries to see if I had flown earlier in F and that was why I was accessing.
