so let me try it this way....
Under PMUA when one received a skykit, you went to the website, input your info and if you chose a travel cert, it was an "016" cert.
Under CodbaUA, you can still go to the website and enter the skykit information and I'm wondering if it will still issue an 016 cert or will it be a TCVA cert as early on after 3/3, you still received an 016 cert and I'm wondering if that still is the case.
i can't speak to a sky-kit per se, but when i receive an automated "apology" email following gross irrops, i've always received 016 certificates via that system (including as recently as 10/2013)
complaints to front line agents, VDBs, and complaints to 1K voice yield TCVAs, or more typically a "pound sand" response.
