I was booked on UA4528 YYZ-EWR on Mon. Inbound from EWR arrived 30 min before departure time of 545pm. Passengers were stuck onboard when no one was there to offload luggage. Passengers weren't offloaded until 30 min later and there were still no one to unload luggage. It wasn't until 620pm until ramp agents came to unload and load bags. We left an hour late at 645pm and I missed my connection and had to overnight!!

Captain said he had similar situation on Sun night when he flew in and I also had to wait 20 min Sat night when I flew in from IAH.

Given today's YYZ layoff announcements from UA, I'd suggest everyone to avoid flying UA into and out of YYZ in coming weeks!
