1. Everything airside in ATL is connected, so you will be able to physically get to the UA club.

2. No clue whether your pass will work or not, but certainly worth a shot.

3. If the pass doesn't work and you're looking/willing to spend money, your best bet is The Club in Concourse F that you linked to. Though I'd personally recommend just skipping the clubs altogether and getting a nice meal at One Flew South in Concourse E or Ecco in Concourse F.
