more troubling than the number of reports on here is the inconsistency of delivery of comp. i got told to pound sand on a recent ORD-SMF 3 hour mx/swap that resulted in a 2am arrival.
Definitely sounds inconsistent. I've always gotten the e-mail in my past 4 MX situations. Luckily I didn't wait the entire 7 hours at the airport as some people did. Oh well. Changes we don't like
