+1 for the 787 quietness, cabin climate and window blinds tech.
Also possibly the food. As documented elsewhere, the beef in CW can be over-cooked which I believe is related to the ovens present throughout much of the fleet. However the steak I had on my last trip to EWR was superb - to the extent that I was compelled to mention it to the CSD. He reckoned it was due to the excellent new steam ovens on the 787.
Finally based on comments from a 787 crew member, It sounded like staffing the 787 is reserved for more experienced crews. Certainly the in-flight service on the 8 Dreamliner flights I've flown was stand-out excellent .
In contrast I flew UD (64A) to YVR last week and it felt surprisingly tired by comparison (although also great service) ...
787 would now be my choice every time.
